- Training courses for aid practitioners such as PCM (Project Cycle Management) course and others; dispatch of moderators for PCM workshop;
- Seminars to share information on current issues in international development and to promote professional networks;
- Research and surveys on development assistance;
- Scholarships for Japanese graduate students who aim to pursue PhD program in this field;
- OKITA Memorial Prize to honour the best research books written in Japanese on international development; and
- Web Library to archive and provide the research findings and other practical information on international development.
